Communities and individuals who believe that they are adversely affected by a World Bank (WB) supported project may submit complaints to an established project Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM), a stand alone document that is also included as an Annex to the ESMF and RPF.  The GRM is designed to address and resolved as quickly and equitably as possible.
